We are also looking for quality, kind, compassionate, respectful professional people to be caregivers for Miss Daisy’s and to work with our clients. Must be willing to care for our clients as you would your own family. Caregiving experience preferred but not required. CNA or MA are a plus! Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with personal hygiene
- Preparing meals while promoting a healthy diet
- Accompanying clients to appointments such as doctor’s visits
- Supervising appropriate exercises, physiotherapy and other doctor ordered home therapies
- Accompanying clients to visit relatives
- Assisting with errands such as banking and food and personal item shopping
- Medication management
- Laundry and light housekeeping
- Partnering in activities such as gardening and other hobbies
